HISTORY
In 1959 Mort Edberg and Irving Ostroy bought the house on University Blvd. and in 1960 converted it to a store called Franklins. It later came to be called the Landmark since the house itself is one of Tucson's historic landmarks. Today, the Landmark is owned by Mort Edberg and John Finkelstein and has become popular with University of Arizona students, greek life, faculty and administration, as well as visitors to the Tucson area.
